This information is used to keep the website secure, prevent fraud, and understand how visitors use our services so we can improve them.

We use the personal information we collect to: prepare and submit ETIAS or Schengen visa applications on your behalf; design tailored European itineraries; book hotels, transfers, guided tours and restaurant reservations at your request; provide 24/7 in-trip concierge support; take payment for our consulting fee; respond to your enquiries and provide customer support; send you important service-related communications; comply with legal, regulatory or tax obligations; detect and prevent fraud or misuse of our services; and, with your explicit consent, send occasional marketing communications about travel offers and destination guides.

3. Legal basis for processing

Where the GDPR applies to you, we rely on the following legal bases: the performance of the concierge contract you have purchased; compliance with our legal obligations; your explicit consent for optional marketing communications; and our legitimate interests in operating, protecting and improving our business, provided these interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information to any third party, ever. We only share your personal information with carefully selected service providers who help us deliver your trip — for example, hotels, airlines, private drivers, ground operators, tour guides and restaurants you have specifically asked us to book — and with trusted infrastructure providers such as our website host, email provider, and payment processor. Where a European travel authorisation is required, we share the information you have supplied with the relevant government authority as part of the official ETIAS or Schengen visa application process. We may also disclose personal information where required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

5. International transfers

Because we plan travel across Europe from our office in the United Arab Emirates, your personal information will be transferred outside your country of residence. When we transfer personal information from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or the adequacy of the recipient country, to ensure your information continues to receive an equivalent level of protection.

6. Data security

We use industry-standard security controls to protect your personal information, including TLS/SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers, encryption at rest, strict access controls limited to authorised staff on a need-to-know basis, unique passwords with multi-factor authentication for internal systems, and regular security reviews of our infrastructure and vendors.

Trip files are typically retained for seven years after the end of your trip; marketing preferences are retained until you unsubscribe; and website analytics data is retained for up to 26 months in aggregated form.
